We ship globally to empower athletes worldwide (exclusions apply for some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our process is designed for efficiency and reliability.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Windows:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat-rate shipping fee of £12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over £50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs procedures. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include:
- Your full name and order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return/exchange.
- Whether you request a refund or an exchange for a specific item (e.g., swapping a 7FT Olympic Bar for a 6FT INT’L Olympic Bar).
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number & Instructions
We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
⚠️ Important: Do not ship any items back without an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item
- Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
- Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to our London warehouse address provided in your instructions.
Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refunds: Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will immediately process the shipment of your new item. Standard or free shipping (as per your original order value) will apply.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our athlete community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- CLOTHING: All apparel is final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Opened or Used Accessories: This includes but is not limited to BELTS, CABLE HANDLES, BICEPS & TRICEPS HANDLES, and other small accessories where the original packaging integrity is compromised.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any equipment specified as customised.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a fast-track replacement or return at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label if necessary. Please provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item alongside your packaging.
