If any equipment does not meet your rigorous training standards, we will make it right. We offer a straightforward, no-nonsense returns and exchanges process for items purchased directly from thegymrevolutions.com.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

  • The product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • The reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number & Instructions

We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship any items back without an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials. Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our London warehouse address provided in your instructions.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds: Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Exchange Processing: For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will immediately process the shipment of your new item. Standard or free shipping (as per your original order value) will apply.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • CLOTHING: For hygiene reasons, all apparel is final sale.
  • Opened or Used Accessories: This includes but is not limited to BELTS, CABLE HANDLES, BICEPS & TRICEPS HANDLES, and other small accessories where packaging integrity is compromised.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any equipment specified as customised.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
