For a speciality bar, the dimensions of this trap bar are great…it’s not too cumbersome and is large enough to function as it should. With a 27mm diameter grip, it’s very nice to use. Better-still, the price makes it exceptional value-for-money. This is a great trap bar for general use in gyms. An oversized physique (strongman), should look at our oversized trap bar.
