A rather unusual Trap/ Hex Bar, but one worth taking a second look at. Not only does the higher stance make it easier for loading and unloading, it also accomodates this rather unique multi-grip – 25mm, 38mm, 48mm – handle set-up. As trap bars are predominantly going to be used for grip-heavy work, such as deadlifts, shrugs, farmers walk, the handle thickness variation is a great feature and a bit of a leveller, if you have different abilities or size users working out together.

To suit olympic (2″/ 50mm) weight plates. Sold separately.

Some important features of the Multi-Grip Trap/ Hex Bar:

For heavy shrugs, deadlifts, squats, farmers walk, and grip training.
Three grips with different thicknesses, to swivel and simple exchange : 25 mm , 38 mm and 48mm (grip length 175mm).
Distance between handles in-use: 65cm from centre-to-centre.
The handles are marked at the center and provide knurling for extra grip.
Strong heavy-gauge square frame 50 x 50 x 4mm.
The frame is fully welded and accurately balanced and is therefore particularly well and securely in the hand.
The inner diameter of the frame is 78 x 63cm.
Heavy loads up to 400kg.
Suitable for use with and olympic (2″/ 50mm) weight plates and collars. Sold separately.
