Forget using different size weight plates under your heels, use the mini squat ramps! Made from solid rubber of a hard density, ensuring a stable platform underfoot. Comparing these to our ever-popular ATX Squat Ramp, the mini squat ramps feel more like a shoe insert or lifting shoes – allowing you to position them at just the right angle and/ opr width. Better than a lifting shoe, you can also adjust the heel elevation by simply standing higher or lower on the wedge.
