Don’t let the 46kg stack fool you into thinking it’s too light – most stacks are on a 2:1 ratio. In this instance, using a single handle allows for fine adjustment of the 2.3kg plates on a 2:1 ratio, whereas, use both handles and you double the resistance – 1:1 ratio. 

• Equipped with 1 x 46 kg plug-in weight magazine – with protective cover.
