The original Triplex was always a good machine, but the lat pulldown/ row, while being cost-effective, was the weak link. If you have a narrow space, this new stack-weight lat pulldown/row variation of the Triplex unit is a strong contender for a comprehensive home or garage gym multigym, offering versatility and functionality in a compact design.
The Triplex consists of three distinct stations: the MBX-650 Adjustable Bench, the multipressing arms (LMP-650), and the Lat Pulldown/Row LSW-750. If you want to view each unit individually, there are videos available for all of them.
The Triplex is compatible with olympic weights on the pressing arms (which are sold separately) and includes a standard 4-piece handle set.

The standard delivery method involves an oversized crate (double-pallet) and utilises the Palletways kerbside delivery service. If desired, there is an option for hand-delivery with installation and removal of rubbish, which incurs an extra cost and must be requested when placing the order.
