The Soft-Land Foam Plyo Boxes are made of sturdy foam and provide a safe, stable platform that reduces the risk of injury. They are sturdy enough to perform plyometric movements, but soft enough that they will not scrape your shins if you miss a jump. Ideal when you train with clients or improve confidence in your workout by not having to worry about unnecessary injuries. The boxes can be stacked on top of each other by means of strong velcro, so different heights can be made from 15cm up to 150cm. Besides plyometrics, these boxes also suitable for performing step-ups and box squats. They are also very light in weight so that they can be easily moved.
