Details of the Rack-Mount Roller Pad:
The rackable foam is a great accessory for the power rack and can be used for a variety of exercises. It consists of a solid steel pin/holder and a foam pad roll. The foam roll is 120mm wide and 400mm in length. The steel pin/holder has a plastic insert and washer to prevent damage to the rack. It is easy to attach to and remove from a rack due to the simple hand tightened nut that secures it to the rack. Can be used for a variety of exercises such as Bulgarian split squats and sit ups.
Works with ATX 500/600/700/800 racks and half racks.
The pin / holder can also be used with the wrist roller to work on your forearms and grip strength.
