The multipress arms and bench can be adjusted for comfort in a decline, flat, incline or shoulder press position. The lever arms are independent/ isolateral; therefore, you can even perform alternating presses. Incredibly comfortable bench that is a popular addition to any gym.

• Adjustable bench and pressing arms, suitable for decline, flat, incline and shoulder press positions.
• Suitable for use with olympic (2″/ 50mm) weights, sold separately.
