The ATX Fat Super Curl Bar has a thick grip. It also has a large curve. These features help with better bicep and tricep isolation during workouts. The 50 mm thick grip stimulates grip strength and the development of the forearm muscles. This bar is great for exercises like biceps curls, hammer extensions, and skull crushers because of its large curve. Made of 50 mm thick steel tubes with a matt black powder coating.
