Extra-thick curl bar for heavy grip training
The ATX Fat Curl Bar has an extra thick grip that stimulates the development of grip strength and forearm muscles. The 50 mm thick grip makes exercises like biceps curls and triceps extensions harder to do. If you want to develop brutal forearms and a strong grip strength, then this special curl bar is perfect for you. Made of 50 mm thick steel tubes with a matt black powder coating.
