Two of the wall-mount cable columns with 2 handles each unit. 2:1 ratio on a single handle, or, 1:1 using both handles together on a single station, although this’ll shorten the pull limit. Great for a home gym or PT studio, as shown here in customer CJ’s home. Each of the two units is fitted with a 46kg stack – 20 x 2.3kg plates.

Don’t let the 46kg stack fool you into thinking it’s too light – most stacks are on a 2:1 ratio. In this instance, using a single handle allows for fine adjustment of the 2.3kg plates on a 2:1 ratio, whereas, use both handles and you double the resistance – 1:1 ratio.
